Recruited in 2019 to head up our Asset Management department in Brisbane, Lauren Battams comes to Kelly & Co Property as one of the industry’s most revered figures. With a reputation as one of the most experienced commercial property managers in Queensland, Lauren’s 14 years in the industry have included roles at BNE Property, where she was responsible for a portfolio of aviation, government, retail and industrial properties and tenants at Brisbane Airport. Most recently as Senior Property Manager at Uniting Care, she was entrusted with 221 freehold and 265 leasehold properties across Queensland and the Northern Territory. Lauren also holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Diploma of Project Management and a Diploma of Leadership and Management, and has amassed an almost unparalleled wealth of industry knowledge while building hundreds of strong client relationships.
